University of Pennsylvania: High Blood Pressure Study

Do you have borderline high blood pressure? Would you like to try controlling it naturally with Lifestyle changes such as Nutrition, Walking or Yoga? Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania are beginning a research study examining the effects of YOGA, WALKING and NUTRITION on lowering high blood pressure.
